The project that started it all! My sister, Heidi Cox, came to me at the start of 2018 and asked for a bit of marketing guidance on social media. After one project turned into another and another, they all eventually lead to me designing a new website for her successful real estate team with one of Denver’s most elite real estate brokerage firms. It has been absolute joy to see her brand and business evolve. And, I am extremely humbled that she trusted me to help steer her marketing along the way.

Originally, when I started working with Heidi on her marketing, we selected brand colors that closely mimicked the colors of the real estate brokerage she was with at the time. As she branched off and developed her own team, we knew it was time to come up with an official logo. We consulted with a graphic designer at the time who came up with the concept of “C” shaped liked a house. Fitting given she operates her business out of Colorado and her last name starts with the letter. The icon, logo, color palette has since evolved to match the branding of her current brokerage. But, nonetheless — the design and aesthetic we have always tried to achieve with her branding is clean, simplistic and modern.
