I offer an audit and consult for business owners who aren’t sure what type of marketing assistance they need. I also offer branding only for clients who aren’t ready to invest in a full website quite yet. But, the most common service I provide to clients is a Branding, SEO & Website design package. Each project is slightly different, so the final price may vary. So, depending on your project needs, I would advise booking an appointment so I can learn more about your business and project scope to put together a more accurate proposal.

The Process
step one
Discovery
During the discovery process, we’ll hop on a phone call to determine what marketing gaps need to be filled, next steps and discuss timeline needs.
The discovery process includes a questionnaire about your business/vision that needs to be completed before I begin work. Each questionnaire I put together for a client is different. It depends on the scope of the project and client’s vision. Once completed, I can accurately assess hours needed to complete the project.
step two
Create
Once I have a thorough understanding of your business and overall vision, I can proceed with the create phase. This is where the magic happens!
Whether I’m designing a suite of brand elements, conducting keyword research, writing website copy, or editing code — I will keep you advised of the process throughout the entire life of the project. We’ll often be in touch via email or text to ensure we’re headed in the right creative direction.
step three
Launch
As the project is nearing end, we pick a launch date and start developing a launch strategy that includes leveraging social and/or email lists.
Upon completion of the project, you’ll receive all of the different graphic components I have created for you in various file types, along with any tutorials for website management or SEO maintenance. Of course, clients can elect to hire me on an as needed basis monthly — no retainer fee required.
FAQs
Q: How fast can you complete project?
A: Well, it depends on the scope of the project. I can knock out a branding project in as little as 4 weeks. For a full brand, SEO and website project, I usually bake in 3 months.
Q: What files will I receive once my project is done?
A: If the project has a branding component, you’ll receive a Google Drive link to a folder with JPEG, PNG and EPS files included for each type of branding element I create for you. If the project includes a website, I’ll also include recorded video tutorials of how to update and maintain your website.
Q: What type of website platforms do you work with?
I am a certified Squarespace Circle member. Which means, I can pass on a 20% discount off of a full-year subscription and we have up to 6 months to design out a site in trial mode. I have experience with Wordpress and Wix as well. But, I am definitely the most comfortable with Squarespace, and I encourage my clients to consider Squarespace over other platforms for a multitude of reasons.
Q: I don’t have the bandwidth to maintain my website or marketing, do you offer a maintenance package?
A: I do not offer any maintenance packages. But, I am always available after the project is completed for as-needed hourly work.
Q: Is there a deposit fee?
A: No, I don’t charge deposit fees! If your project is a full branding and website design project, the cost of your project will be billed over a 3 month period of time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I use Bonsai for invoices and there is an option to pay with a credit card online. Most major credit card companies are accepted, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
